Four hotels in the Kingdom, made in Gemlik.
We have delivered four hotel programmes into Saudi Arabia, three in Jeddah and one in Al Khobar, all manufactured in Gemlik: casegoods, joinery, upholstery and soft furnishings, installed under our management. Furniture clears through SABER: a product certificate valid one year plus a shipment certificate per consignment, with Arabic labelling of material composition and origin applied in production, and fire performance quoted against the standard the specification names.
We manufacture hotel interiors in Gemlik, Bursa, and have delivered four programmes into Saudi Arabia: three in Jeddah, one in Al Khobar. Casegoods, joinery, upholstery and soft furnishings, installed on site under our management.

These are our own programmes, delivered directly. The factory that receives you in Gemlik is the factory that built them.
What SABER actually requires
Most suppliers discover this at the port. Since 1 January 2025, furniture entering Saudi Arabia clears through the SABER platform, and the requirements are specific:
Two certificates per consignment
A Product Certificate of Conformity (PCoC, valid one year) and a Shipment Certificate of Conformity (SCoC), issued per shipment and not once for the project. All furniture is in scope regardless of material.
Fire performance for upholstery
Upholstered pieces need certification to SASO 2663/2019. As with every fire standard, it is tested on the build-up (this foam, this interliner, this fabric), so it is specified at material approval.
Arabic labelling on every product
Material composition and country of origin, in Arabic, on each piece. Specified with the order and applied in production.
Non-compliance is expensive
A shipment that fails is re-exported at the importer's expense. This is the reason the paperwork gets specified before the first container is loaded, not after.
Who does what
SABER registration belongs to the importer of record: the fit-out contractor, the procurement house or the project owner, who must be Saudi-registered and hold a valid CR number. A Turkish factory needs no Saudi entity of its own. We manufacture to the named standards and supply the export documentation and test reports the filing is built from.

Common questions
- Do you have a Saudi entity?
- No, and none is needed. The importer of record must be Saudi-registered with a CR number: usually the fit-out contractor, the procurement house or the owner. The factory does not need one.
- Have you actually delivered in the Kingdom?
- Yes. Four programmes: DoubleTree by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn and Moonlight in Jeddah, and Holiday Inn in Al Khobar.
- Who handles SABER?
- The importer of record files it. We manufacture to the named standards and supply the documentation and test reports behind the filing.
- Can you meet SASO 2663 for upholstery?
- Name it in the specification and the build-up is engineered to meet it, with the certificate issued against the approved build-up.
- Can we visit before ordering?
- Yes. There are 8 model rooms in the showroom in Gemlik, and we build one for your project before production.
- Which language do we work in?
- Arabic, English and Turkish.
