The factory.
Everything we deliver is made in one place: a 5,000 m² production floor in Gemlik, Bursa, running under our own production management. Nothing leaves the site between CNC and container, so a hotel program stays on one schedule and one purchase order.

Machining
CNC-machined carcasses and components, cut from certified board and solid wood, labelled to room number from the first operation.

Finishing
Veneer, lacquer and paint applied in our own spray booths: the finish schedule an operator approves is the finish that ships.

Upholstery
Frames, foam and fabric sewn and fitted in-house, built for nightly contract wear.

Eight rooms you can walk through
Eight model rooms stand permanently built in our showroom: guestrooms and living spaces you can open and sit in. The Marriott, Hilton, Mövenpick, Rotana and Ascott programs all started in rooms like these.
Certifications
Certificates follow the specification. Fire performance is certified against the actual build-up — the foam and the fabric named in your brief — and panel emission class against the board specified, so the documents are issued per project rather than held as one generic pack. Available on request.
