Casegoods, fixed joinery, upholstered seating and millwork are manufactured under one roof in Gemlik. Soft furnishings, lighting, flooring, wet areas and the MEP inside the room are carried on the same contract and executed by trades we manage. One contract covers the room from CNC to punch-list closure.
What the program covers
Guestroom casegoods
Bed surrounds, wardrobes, desks, minibar units and vanities, engineered as room sets, labelled by room number, delivered install-ready.
Public areas & millwork
Reception desks, wall paneling, doors, restaurant and lobby furniture: architectural joinery from the same factory as your casegoods.
Upholstery & fabrics
Frames, foam and fabric sewn in-house; we supply fabrics and provide furniture R&D support to your architects, as on Marriott Belgrade.
Soft furnishings & lighting
Curtains, carpets and decorative lighting specified and supplied within the same package, as delivered at Moonlight Jeddah: one schedule covers the whole room.
Installation
We manage installation on site, to our own drawings, wherever the project is. Responsibility ends at the finished room, not at the container door.
How a program runs
The same sequence every time: the room is approved before the order is built, and every stage is scheduled back from the opening date.
Brief & feasibility
Room mix, BOQ or early concept in; feasibility, a budget corridor and a current lead-time estimate back.
Design & costing
Shop drawings, material sampling and value engineering against the brand book.
Prototype room in Gemlik
We build your room before we build your order. Approvals are minuted; the approved room becomes the contractual benchmark.
Series production
CNC machining, veneer and lacquer finishing, upholstery and more, on one roof and one schedule.
Logistics & installation
Sequenced containers labelled by room number; installation managed by us on site.
Snag list & handover
Punch items closed before handover. After-sales comes from the factory that built the rooms.
Brand standards
We have manufactured to Marriott, Hilton, Mövenpick, Rotana and Ascott standards. We start at the mock-up room: you approve it, we release production, and the approved room becomes the contractual benchmark for everything built after it. Control samples for finish, fabric and hardware are signed off physically before that — the same gate we passed for Marriott Belgrade. We would rather cut a second sample than argue about whether the first was close enough. Eight model rooms in our showroom.
