Comparison
Twelve Turkish hotel furniture manufacturers, compared
Twelve Turkish companies take international hotel furniture orders at project scale: Parla, Leta Contract, Kolsan, Ahşap Ürün Sanayi, Archidecors, i-Hotel Furniture, Hotel Furniture Concept, DRF Contract, Berfa Group, Sagist Group, WTB Company and Naggarco Group. They differ on what a buyer can check: who owns a factory, what one contract covers, which projects are published with a name and a city, and where they ship. Every fact below is from each company's own records, read 29 August 2026.

How this comparison was made
This page is published by Naggarco Group. We manufacture hotel interiors in Gemlik, Bursa, and we are one of the twelve below. The way to be fair as a party to the comparison is to make every row checkable: nothing appears here that the company itself has not published, and anything we could not check is written as a claim, including our own. All twelve sites were read on 29 August 2026.
Five criteria, each one a buyer can verify in an afternoon:
Production. Does the company state that it owns and runs its factory, and where?
Scope. What does one contract cover: loose furniture, fixed joinery, or the full interior?
Published references. Are projects named with a city and a scope on the company's own site?
Export footprint. Which markets does the company itself say it serves or keeps showrooms in?
Standards. What does the company publish about certificates and specifications?
We think a published project page, with a name, a city, a scope and photography, is the only claim type worth weighing. It is how we read the field below and how we expect to be read.
What this page does not compare: prices, which nobody in the set publishes, and lead times, which only Archidecors states in public (8 to 16 weeks, about 12 weeks for a 100-room order, on its process page).

The twelve, in alphabetical order
Ahşap Ürün Sanayi (AHSAP)
Sancaktepe, Istanbul. The heaviest brand reference list in the set: its project pages name Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, Waldorf Astoria Doha West Bay, ME by Meliá in Malta, the Beacon Grand in San Francisco, Hyatt Place Nairobi and Marriott Cappadocia, and its news archive records the W Algarve in Portugal, where the company states it completed all interior decoration works for the 2022 opening. Its own description lists seven architects and more than 200 workers. It describes its work as interior craftwork and custom furniture together, which puts it at the fit-out end of the field. Its web presence is thin next to that reference list; buyers find it through projects, not through search.
Archidecors
Modoko, Istanbul, since 1981, founded by İbrahim Yeğen. The best-documented process in the Turkish field: model room, operator sign-off, batch production against the frozen specification, third-party pre-shipment inspection, and published lead times of 8 to 16 weeks. It states ISO 9001:2015, FSC-certified timber use and TÜRKAK-accredited testing, claims work in more than 25 countries, and names Katara Hills Hilton Doha among its projects. Modoko named it Furniture Manufacturer of the Year in 2023. It is also the most frequently cited Turkish domain in the AI-assistant answers we track for this category.
Berfa Group
Kayseri, in the Hacılar industrial zone, registered as Berfa Group İç ve Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. The widest product range in the set by a distance: mattresses and bedding, mattress components, felts and steel springs, home textile, hospital and office furniture, home and hotel furniture, with hotel turnkey and renovation projects offered alongside. The breadth is the strength; a hotel buyer can put bedding and furniture on one order. Its project pages are organised by category and name few individual hotels. Berfa appears in nearly every AI-generated list of Turkish hotel furniture makers.
DRF Contract
Istanbul, with a design practice attached. DRF describes itself as a hotel furniture manufacturer and hotel concept designer, and its galleries run across hotels, restaurants and cafes, residential, office, hospital and educational work. The pairing is the pitch: concept design, furniture production and assembly offered as one package. Team and certificate pages sit in the site's navigation; project entries are galleries rather than per-project case pages.
Hotel Furniture Concept
Istanbul, with a showroom in Kayışdağı and a stated factory address in Sancaktepe. The widest hotel catalogue in the set: guestroom, banquet, lobby, restaurant, outdoor and bar furniture, hotel doors including fire-rated, kitchens, spa and wellness builds, signage, bedding and lighting, with sample rooms offered. It states more than thirty years of furniture manufacturing experience and runs WhatsApp lines in English and French. Its references page described the company's services and named no hotels when we read it on 29 August 2026.
i-Hotel Furniture
İnegöl, Bursa, operating since 2008 by its own account, with the broadest documented small-and-mid project geography here: per-project pages for the Ashley Hotel in Paddington, London; the Granada and Royal Eagle hotels in Iraq; the Grand Lux in Doha; the Magnika resort and the Bridge Hotel in Georgia; Royal Regency in Dubai; two Malta properties; a lodge in Freetown, Sierra Leone; and a hotel in Nepal. Scope runs from casegoods and seating to fire-rated doors and flat-pack kitchens. It displays ISO 9001, 14001, 10002 and 45001 certificates on the site, and its published process puts a sample room before production.
Kolsan
Kartal, Istanbul. Founded in 1973 as a frame workshop of about 100 m², in hotel projects since 2000, and in its current 12,000 m² site, 8,500 m² of it enclosed, since 2013. It states a team of 150 and claims more than 1,000 five-star hotel projects. The project list is long and specific: 399 Congress in Boston, the Aedenlife resort on Rügen in Germany, Dubai villas and towers, the Istanbul Airport VIP lounge. Since 2020 it has opened stores in Canada and Georgia and started ventures in Saudi Arabia and Romania. Of the older Istanbul houses, Kolsan publishes the most checkable project documentation.
Leta Contract
İnegöl, Bursa, in the Furniture Specialised Organised Industrial Zone: a 65,000 m² facility running since 2011, the largest factory in this comparison, with trading roots back to 1983 as Özcanlar Sandalye. The scope is deliberately narrow: movable furniture only. Chairs, tables, seating, outdoor. It lists showrooms in Istanbul, Bodrum and Bursa at home and in Dubai, London, Los Angeles, Eindhoven, Belgrade, Koper, Johannesburg and Tbilisi abroad, the largest showroom network in the set, and names Cipriani in Istanbul and Marbella, Nusr-Et and Sheraton Abu Dhabi among its references. A buyer who needs casegoods or joinery pairs Leta with another maker; a buyer who needs seating at volume can sit in the chair before specifying it.
Naggarco Group
Gemlik, Bursa. Our own company, declared above. A 5,000 m² production floor: machining, veneer, finishing and upholstery in one building, with a 350 m² showroom and 8 model rooms beside it. The scope is the room on one contract: furniture and joinery manufactured by us, and the finishing trades a guestroom needs, MEP, wet areas, flooring, stone, carried by us and executed by subcontracted trades. Structure and OS&E stay out. Delivered work is published with photography: Mövenpick Istanbul, DoubleTree by Hilton Jeddah, Hilton Garden Inn Jeddah, Marriott Belgrade at about 1,500 pieces, Rotana in Georgia, Citadines by Ascott. We ship to Europe, the Gulf and North America. The registered company dates from February 2025; the team behind it has manufactured in Türkiye for around five years, and the carpentry line is older than either: Naggar is Arabic for carpenter, and the family trade began in Egypt.
Parla
Istanbul, a family business with craft heritage dated to 1910, directed today by Burak and Hakan Oztuncman. A 15,000 m² factory, more than 200 employees and 15 in-house designers by its own figures, with a presence in London, New York, Miami and Dubai. Its reference pages are the strongest in the field and name the studio, the city and the year: Four Seasons Istanbul at Sultanahmet with Goddard Littlefair, 2022; The Peninsula Istanbul, 2023; Rosewood Schloss Fuschl near Salzburg, 2024; 1 Hotel Copenhagen with Avroko, 2026. It claims more than 3,100 projects to date across 60-plus countries. Scope is loose and fixed furniture with custom joinery and metal, glass and stone crafts, and it runs Product Creation Workshops that bring architects into the factory.
Sagist Group
Ataşehir, Istanbul, publishing the largest figures in the field: more than 1,000 commissions, export to 73 countries, an annual export volume of 359 million US dollars, and a stated supply relationship with the British Royal Family. These are the company's own statements. Named projects appear in prose, a 40-villa estate in Sofia, the W Hotel in Muscat, the Saudi German Hospital, without per-project pages, and the company's own surfaces differ on its founding year: 1996 on hotelmobilya.com, 1978 on its LinkedIn and Pinterest profiles. Sagist is the most consistently named Turkish company in AI-generated answers to this page's question, which is why it is in this table.
WTB Company
Istanbul. WTB describes its own model: “Through our manufacturing partners in Türkiye, including large-scale facilities exceeding 35,000 m², WTBCompany supports high-volume production.” It is one of the most visible commercial operations in the set, with country pages across Europe, the Gulf and North Africa, a project gallery labelled by country (Yemen, Somaliland, Djibouti, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkmenistan, France), and first-page Google positions on the exact searches a buyer makes, per our July 2026 SERP checks. It states ISO 9001 and SGS compliance and nearly 25 years of combined hospitality furniture experience. A buyer contracting WTB is buying coordination across partner factories, which the company now says in its own words.
Names you will meet that belong to a different lane
AI answers and directories mix other Turkish names into manufacturer lists. Their own sites describe different businesses:
Doğtaş and İstikbal are national home-furniture retail brands: living-room sets, dealer networks, online carts. Doğtaş lists a separate projects arm; neither site presents hotel FF&E project manufacture as its business.
TurkFurnish says it plainly: “TurkFurnish is not a furniture marketplace or online catalog.” It offers supplier evaluation, production coordination and export support through the İnegöl, Kayseri and Istanbul manufacturing clusters. A sourcing office, in its own words.
Maroufturk describes itself as an international consultancy for business solutions, design and material supply, with building-materials catalogues.
Ormel supplies hotel operating equipment: service trolleys, housekeeping carts, banquet and front-office equipment. That is OS&E, the operating side; this page covers FF&E, the furniture side.
Buser Project manufactures office, school and hotel furniture from Istanbul, with sample rooms in its store; its published project list is mostly offices, schools and dormitories.
Checking any of this
Three of the five criteria take about an hour to verify: the trade-registry record behind the legal name, the project references with a name and a city, and whether the factory question is answered on the company's own site in its own words. Where a claim above was only a claim, this page says so.
Questions buyers ask
- Who are the largest hotel furniture manufacturers in Turkey?
- By self-published facility size: Leta Contract (65,000 m², İnegöl), Parla (15,000 m², Istanbul) and Kolsan (12,000 m² site, Istanbul). Size is one criterion. Leta's plant makes movable furniture only, so the largest factory in the set is also one of the narrowest in scope.
- Which Turkish hotel furniture companies own their factories?
- Eleven of the twelve state their own production, most with a factory address on the site. WTB Company describes strategic manufacturing partnerships instead, in its own words. Every statement here is the company's own; the registry check is the buyer's to run.
- Are Doğtaş or İstikbal hotel furniture manufacturers?
- They are Türkiye's household home-furniture retail brands, selling living-room and bedroom sets through dealer networks and online stores. Doğtaş operates a projects division. Hotel FF&E project manufacture is not the core business either site presents.
