What changes when the house is in Türkiye
No customs and no import entry
The goods cross no border. That removes the duty and tax line entirely — the one line no supplier can fix in advance on an export shipment.
No container to fill
The most expensive mistake in the published buying stories is booking a dedicated container for an order that does not fill it, at which point the freight swallows the whole saving. Domestic delivery by truck removes the question: one room or a whole house, the load is the size of the order.
You inspect before you order
Factory and showroom share one building, half an hour from Bursa. Eight fully built model rooms: open the drawers, sit on the sofas, touch the finish before signing rather than after.
The handover date is the schedule
What actually presses on a family is the property handover date. So the date goes into the contract and the production schedule is built backwards from it, instead of staying a promise made on a call.
What we cover in the house
The furniture and the joinery are made in our own production in Gemlik: lounge and majlis seating, upholstery, bedrooms, dining, wardrobes and dressing rooms, kitchens, wall panelling and doors. The finishing trades — electrics and plumbing, wet areas, flooring, stone and glazing — are carried under our contract and our site management, executed by specialist subcontractors. One party answerable to you, and honest about which part comes off our floor and which part we manage.
Materials are named in the quote, not described
The recurring complaint about made-to-order work is not the shape; it is what cannot be seen — the foam, the board under the veneer, the hinge inside the door. So the quote states the species or veneer and the board beneath it, the foam density as a number, the fabric name, and the brand of the hinge and the drawer runner. What the specification says is what is delivered, and that is a clause in the contract rather than a promise on a call.
