The first question buyers ask: a showroom, or a factory? This is a factory with a showroom on top of it — 5,000 m² of production in Gemlik, Bursa, under our own production management, and a 350 m² showroom with eight fully built model rooms. Mövenpick, Marriott, Hilton and Rotana procurement teams vetted the company before any villa owner did. The same workshop makes villas and homes to order: one room or the whole house, on one contract, at factory pricing.

How it works

Visit the factory and showroom
Production floor and showroom share one building in Gemlik, thirty minutes from Bursa and an hour from the Sapanca villa belt. Walk the floor, then walk through eight fully built model rooms: open the drawers, feel the finishes, sit on everything. If you cannot come, a colleague walks you through the rooms on a video call, in Arabic or English.

Have it made to your taste
A majlis, a bedroom or the whole house: we draw it to your brief, and you choose materials by name — wood species, veneer, fabric, foam density — each one written into the quote.

A written quote and a clear contract
One exact price, delivered and installed, itemized line by line. The quote is written against the specification and stands as written, whoever is asking. The contract carries two clauses before you ask for them: every piece matches the approved samples, and a delivery date we commit to.

Watch it made
Your pieces on the production floor: visit mid-production if you like, or receive photo updates as the order moves through the workshop.

Delivered and installed, not left at the door
The four words every remote buyer fears are shipping, assembly, missing, broken. So installation is ours to manage, not yours to arrange: we fit to the last handle, in Türkiye or abroad, take the packaging away, and the order is finished when the last room stands complete.
